We hope you love your Hail Your Hair purchase, but we also understand if you need to return something you’ve bought from us. So we’ve made our returns process free and easy:
• You can return your item to us within 60 days of the delivery date if it is in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
• Items must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statuary consumer rights.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment and in the original tender currency.
In order to start your return, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. State your name and order number, and we will generate a return slip for you – easy!
If you have received a faulty item, please email email@example.com and see our warranty page to learn more about our 36-month warranty period. Do not use the product further, including plugging into mains or turning it on.
Please note: For sanitary reasons, if you have used the heated hair tool or have returned the item outside of the time period above, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the items will be returned to you.
